Why are Buff Box different?

We are proud that the suppliers we use, the best produce and the intensely researched cooking methods we enforce makes Buff Box Meals the highest nutritionally possible the can be. 



We are all about clean nutritional food and aim to supply the best we can to our customers.

​Do you use any preservatives?

Here at Buff Box we do not use any preservatives on our food at all. All of our food is cooked fresh to order. We do not freeze any food for use on a later date. Our kitchens receive fresh produce to order from our local farms and suppliers.

Where does Buff Box ship to?

Currently we ship all over the united kingdom. We are working on shipping outside of the UK to be able to fuel the rest of Europe!

How often does the menu change?

We have a large menu which changes every 6 months. Although we will add seasonal/monthly specials at times to the original 26 meals throughout the 6 months.

How many meals is the minimum/maximum purchase?

Minimum order is 12 meals. Maximum order per each delivery box is 40 meals, Anything over 40 meals will incur an extra delivery charge.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is £10 anywhere in the UK 

What are Buff Box opening hours?

Our office opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

How do you keep my meals cold during delivery?

We use Interlink Express to deliver your package. We pack your meals in a polystyrene box filled with dry ice, this turns into a gas which keeps the inside of the box refrigerated until delivery.

What is the shelf life of the meals?

We put a best before date of 3 days on our meals because they are all delivered fresh with no preservatives. We recommend you put your 3 days worth of meals in the fridge upon delivery, the rest pop in the freezer and take out the night before to defrost for the next day.

How do I heat my meals?

Nutritionally we advise to eat the meals cold. But, we do understand not everyone wants to do that! if you would like a nice hot Buff Box pop this into the microwave for 2 minutes and enjoy!

There was no dry ice in my delivery when I received my meals, why?

Dry ice dissipates while in transit. In some instances there will still be some dry ice in your package upon delivery. Normally your package will arrive with no remnants of the dry ice and your meals will still be refrigerated. Dry ice is nothing more than CO2. In other words its a gas in a solid state.
